I just called in sick at Arby's on my 4th day of training will I get terminated already?

Many places will put everyone on a "probationary period" for the first month or so of employment. This is so they can let you go if they don't think you are going to be a good employee for the company. It probably doesn't look good if you are already calling off; however, if you are really ill and bring a doctor's excuse then you should be okay. When you are working in the food service industry you should not be at work when having the symptoms of a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.
