I invest £1000, I then increase my investment by £100 plus the earnings from the investment each?

I invest £1000, i then increase my investment by £100 plus the earnings from the investment each month.
I am investing in a property worth £100,000 therefore initially i recieve 1% of its earnings which are £500 per month. So in the first month i earn £5 the next month my total investment is £1,105 how much will my total investment be after 5,10,15,20.... years be?
