I hear music playing in myear when I'm in a room alone and its quiet what could it be?

When I sleep at night or when I'm home alone and there's nothing on, its so silent yoy an hear a pin drop I hear music playing its almost as If there's radio playing in my ear but there's not. I don't know or understand where it could be coming from? Sometimes its static or sounds like someone's humming a song.
