I am 13. I haven't been able to sleep for about a week. When I feel tired I go to bed and close my eyes but I can't fall asleep. I go to bed at 10 PM and get up at 6 AM. I just close my eyes in bed for a few hours. When I get up I feel a little less tired but still sleepy.
This has happened to me before but it always lasted around 3 days and I had support from my family
Right now my family members are not helping, they tell me to "Just go to your bed and sleep".
Do I need to do something or should I just wait a few more days and it will be over?
Please help. I am sad and scared
