I am a very active person and i go to the gym everyday but i only use the bathroom one every week or sometimes once every two weeks. I have tried soooo many remidies and medicine but they only seem to have a temporary affect. Please help. I am in lots of pain because of this problem and i am ready for it to be over. I am not over weight and i eat healthy. I try not to eat much bread because that is suppose to help but it's not working very well. I am a little under weight. I don't know that does anything for constipation. I weight 116 pounds and i am 5'8. I need to gain more weight to help with sports but it hurts me to eat because of the constipation problem. I would very much appreciate some help.
