So yeah the discomfort causes me to move to like feel active or something. Oh I missed something. When i was is class this happened. I was sitting in class (away from the fan or any source of coolness) on the 3 floor so all the heat rises up from the first floor in school. But this mostly happens when I'm hot and sitting still.....i don't know if that's normal...but yeah that's all
