It sometimes has a odorless liquid coming out. Theres a big spot and lots of little ones i think theres around 20 in theory. Please help

It maybe some sort of rash. At the growing age, you start sweating a lot [that's why people develop pimples] and it may be a result of that too. however, i think you should go to a doctor, because it may be something more serious, like measles or chicken pox. Do NOT touch these spots. Do NOT scratch them, LEAVE them alone, and go to the doctor as soon as possible. If it is just some boils or something like that, some simple cooling powders should do the trick.
i also think you should see a doctor. i'm not a professional but i've never seen a rash like that. until you see a doctor you should use "Gold bond mediated body lotion" that will ease any itching or pain. i have bad "exama" (i know i spelt that wrong) and it works.
but sometimes when something looks like a rash it could be something much worse. so ask your parents to take you in.
