it might be that you might have a infection or something is going on with your birth control sometimes that can cause it to if you still have problems with it . You can use antibacterial soap to clean with and get some baby fresh wipes and use it and then go see the doctor and see if something is going on
Sorry to softbabe44 but this is NOT THE ANSWER.
This is not to scare you because it really could be anything.
I would go see your gynecologist and have him/her look and maybe even do a pap smear (which are painless).
I would also have him/her take some blood to see if any things (like hormones) are off because of birth control or if it is in fact an STD. He/She should also take a sample from inside (again, no pain involved, very easy and quick) and even a urine sample (just urinate into a cup), which they can test for a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI), G/C (gonorrhea and chlamydia) and other infections, both bacterial, fungal (like a bad yeast infection).
I would see a doctor. Don't try to treat this yourself, you could make it worse, or you may not be treating the right thing.
Worse comes to worse, you get back a bad result and you are put on medication.
If it is bacterial I would recommend Ciprofloxacin (which is an anti-biotic that treats bacterial infections like UTI's, G/C, and simple urine bacterial infections) if it is bacterial, and if it is something else like a fungal infection there are also a million medications.
For now, however, if you are having sexual intercourse, I would recommend using a condom or practicing safe sex until you find out what is wrong just in case. Your partner should understand. Even if it isn't an STD, you can still transmit bacteria from a UTI or a fungal infection from a yeast infection.
Good luck! You will be fine! Just see your gynecologist or a general internist.
