Brca.. breast cancer gene
I have the bcra gene but I am only 28. Is it possible to start screening?

You can start screening at any age. Bi-annual mammograms and monthly self-checks are the recommendation for BCRA positive individuals, I think, but you should check with your doctor.
Many women have elective mastectomies and sometimes hysterectomies (surgical removal of both breasts, and sometimes the uterus and ovaries). This is extreme, and will render you unable to breast feed (for the mastectomy) and render you infertile (for the uterus removal) and initiate menopause (if they take your ovaries as well). But you will almost certainly be safe from breast, cervical, uterine, and ovarian cancer.
Again, these are all things you should discuss WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN!!!!!!! Good luck.
