He's my older brothers friend and we've started dating. He's 18 and I'm 15 even though I'm very mature in looks and personality. My family knows him well and like him but I'm very worried that my parents will cut off my connection with him because of the age gap. I don't want to keep secrets but I don't want them to stop me from seeing him! I know that he's not going to pressure me into anything and I'm independent enough to know that if he is pressuring me that I will end the relationship, even though I have developed feelings for him. What should I tell my family?
I have started dating my brother's friend, but I don''t know what to tell my family??

To clarify my family only knows him because he's friends with my brother. They are unaware that I have anything to do with him.

You could start probing for their opinions on it by starting a conversation around it, like "I herd about this girl who started dating her brothers friend. I don't really know, do you think that's weird?" Or something like that. If you have a good relationship with your brother you should definitly just talk to him about it. If you like eachother and you think it's real then 3 years is not enough to come between. And I get that your brother could have a personal problem with it, but as long as you dont get any hard feeling for him if he reacts in an unwanted way I think he will accept it after some time.
