I have sharp pain above and below my right breast. This has been happening for the past week or so?

Do you perhaps suffer from asthma? I'm not a doctor but I am an asthma sufferer and I often get sharp pains in my stomach / chest area, especially if I get a chest infection.
I can't really help you here but didn't want to ignore a post without saying you should probably visit a doctor, just to be sure. It's most likely nothing to worry about, but things like pains & lumps can keep you asleep at night with worries etc.
