I have sciatica pain and it's driving me nuts?

About 4 months ago this started.  The pain in my Left side of my Butt, to find out I have Sciatica Nerve pinched.  I go to a chiropractor, Physiotherapist, and a Deep Tissue Release Massage Therapist... I can't for the life of me get this pain to go away no matter what I do.  

I have 2 boys to look after, so I am not getting much rest, plus the pain that goes down my leg into my knee is horrible.

Does ANYONE out there have any good ideas what to do, stretches, or a Website, You Tube Video that has helped them, because I am beside myself.

I don't take any pain killers or anything, but I have this Thumper 2 massage machine I run over where it's paining, and it helps, but it doesn't take it away.

I think it would be a good idea to try another therapy at the chiropractor. Many options are available for your symptoms and can help relieve your pain. Make sure you talk to your chiropractor and explore your options.
