I have red sores on my hand and two on my face that wont heal?

These sores have hard round white looking balls under the sores that have to be picked out from underneath the skin/scab.. What is this and what can i do to fix it?

This could be anything from a simple skin infection to warts to a LIFE THREATENING CONDITION!!!!!!!!

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!

i would go to your dr and have them looked at cause the dr will know what to do about them that's what they do diagnose and treat and heal
