I have recently been feeling sick when seeing couples and romance stuff. I don't know why. Help me?

So I feel sick when I see romance. And I have been feeling lonely as well. Is this because I want it myself so I just despise it. I seriously think I need help. What is wrong with me?

I think you need a life partner to escape your loneliness and to share your life with. Your loneliness may drive you into depression.
