located a frame that I would like to print as a photo. How do I do this?

Very easy, stop the movie at the image you need to print, then use Screen Print functionality, and then open image editor and press CTRL and "V" keys at the same time. To print something of high quality, you will need to change the DPI to 300 (that is dots per squared inch), otherwise it will look very grainy or pix-elated. Then save the file with the new 300 DPI setting and then print. Just remember that the quality will not be perfect, because you are playing with software manipulation and not actual image quality.
Hope this helps. And if I were you, I would download irfanview photo editor it is free and one of the best, not affiliated with the guy in any way. But it will help you in saving the higher resolution then other software out there. search for it by name.
