Been doing it for a long time now and my head is starting to hurt, started like maybe 2 weeks ago.
I have OCD, where I have to repeat things, everytime I do I hold my breathe, is this good?

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
Having OCD is not "good" or "bad" so I don't want to say it's not good. Holding your breath for an extended period of time and your head hurting is not good though. You should absolutely not be doing anything that could put yourself in harm. You should really talk to your doctor about your new behavior. Especially because your head is starting to hurt. I hope you've already called your doc, but if not, please do right away.
