I have microscopic blood in urine.my doctor did all test but all test are normal?

it might have agitated something in your system that might be causing it is it alot of blood or a little bit of blood it could be in your private parts mabe inside something could have caused it could be nothing if they have done tests nothing is coming up on the tests mabe they should look into things a little bit further
