I have lumps on the side of my buttcheek its really weird can someone help me and identify it?

You should Identify the color, if it is red/pink/skin color it is most likely acne. If it isnt and the lumps are blue, I would seek medical help.

Its red so that means its acne right

Have you tried squeezing it? If you have, and its more round than holding it, I believe it is a cyst. I'm not sure if you can remove a cyst from home.
