I am a boy 14 and I have long hair my dads wants me to cut it it i dont want to i am going to dance soon my teacher said i must put my hair up so i put it in a low ponytail she saids not to do that its hot here. She saids it hits my parthers in the face so what should i do?

I don't think your school is acting legally, unless they apply the same requirements regarding long hair to girls.  I think you have the case for a lawsuit, and just the threat of that may get the school to change their position.  As for your father, sorry, children are basically slaves to the whims of their parents.  You've got less than 4 years, and you can do whatever you want (subject to laws).

Wear it in a bun and you wont even be able to tell whether its long or not. Braid your hair in a tight braid all the way down and then wrap it around itself and then put another hair band around it and secure it with bobby pins. Don't worry!
