We split up because of outside influences and stupidity so i went total no contact until last wek when we bumped into each other she said sorry kissed me on cheek now she texts telling me how good i look now (5 months of solid gym training)and asking if i have another woman now i love my ex when we were together we were great and it was elctricity but i got over it now i wonder if its time to try again

She may just want to know if your seeing anyone, it may not be the case of getting back together. I don't know what caused your break up but if you think she wants to start over then it's no harm in easing back in by texting. Like you said she's texting everyday so.. Go for it, slowly.
