I have hypothyroidism and though I eat healthily and exercise three times a week and take medication levothyroxine 25 mg once every day I am gaining weight, I am really worried as I am working so hard keeping a diet diary. I have even gone on a specialized diet and exercise regime to no avail, I still have a lot symptoms such as exhaustion dizziness and a foggy mind . I just want to be healthy and I feel like no one is listening to what I say. Please if You can help suggest anything at all I would be most grateful.

Hey, my name's Aymie. :) I had to reply to this as soon as I read it, I really think I can help you! I've recently come across a natural health product that has done incredible things for my health, my family and friends health and a lot of acquaintances. I can't say for sure if it's going to help you personally but I am yet to come across someone that it hasn't had a positive impact on I would love to send you some information on the product, it offers a 30 day trial which has a money back guarantee if you decide it hasn't done anything for you. (I've never seen anyone do this though, as it's always been helpful) if you're interested, please reply with your email or Facebook name and I can send you some information over private message?? Thanks, will be great to hear back from you. :)
Unfortunately, since U have hypothyroidism & especially if it's genetic, there's not much U can do no matter what U do. But it helps a little by exercising a lot & eating very healthy. Even tho it's a lot harder & takes a lot longer to lose weight & U wouldn't lose much cause of hypothyroidism, it still helps to exercise & eat healthy. Go to a doctor/dietitian, they'll tell U what to do cause it's different than most people losing weight. It's a lot harder & slower & U don't always get much success but it still helps to try at least. But if that doesn't work, U might have severe hypothyroidism, which means, there's nothing U can do unless U get surgery.
