Im a young adult, regular periods exactly 28 days apart. My partner and myself have gotten pregnant before. So i know that we are both fertile. Could it be that when i first got pregnant i wasnt expecting it to happen, so it did? And now that i want to get pregnant i can't? Or do you think that because i lost the first baby (by miscarage) that has something to do with it now? At the moment we are at the point of just saying "if it happens, it happens" I am still pretty young and have a long time still to conceive. But i do wish i could have a baby now.

Yes, having a miscarriage could have something to do with it, but not directly. Your body might not be able to carry a baby full term. You both are fertile, and that's always going to help. You should go see your OBGYN and see if you are physically capable of carrying the child full term.
Dear:) Don't worry!Alot of factors contribute, such as diet, health, gap between the previous pregnancy. It will take time to form the embryo because you already had so it will be functioning out there..you'll definately conceive a baby. Just Try to be healthy, patient and say no to alcohol and hopefully in a few months you will have good news.:)
