...  flucozonle pill. Didn't help. The dr did a swab test and said it was negative.  Not 100% what was tested for but assuming bc and trich. I have also recently had a full run of std tests and haven't really been with anyone since, so very sceptical that it could be chlamydia or anything. I need help!/relief. What else could it be? What do I do? There is someone I wanted to see next week and as I said haven't been with anyone in months! It's horrible

If you are shaving then could be related to that.  Some waxes   ,  cream,  and other shaving and hair removing products can cause itchy and mild rashes.  Sometimes swelling and bumps.  Could even be an allergic reaction to creams jells or soaps you using.  . Try changing products you using to wash and shave or your female products. If continues go back to your doctor insist on more tests and lab work.  Test for allergies and anything else they may come up with.

Try this, wash yourself out with a cap full of peroxide in a cup of water. Do that a few times a day, then decrease as symptoms lessen. 
Please consider getting married before getting that intimate with someone else. I'm saying this out of love.
