I am 15 and have GERD (gastroesophageal relfux disease). I am in a lot of pain all the time and suffer from all the other sypmtoms. I am a healthy and fit teenager and have tried nearly everything to fix it and have had no success. I really want surgery, what should I do?

That might be caused by a dozen or so organs and only a doctor can figure which one. Nutritionists report that almost all symptoms are associated with deficiencies of B vitamins. It is cheap and safe to test that: take B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a dye that makes urine bright yellow, so when the color fades, it's time for another pill. Doctors have no training in nutrition, so they don't know that.
