I know you probably already know this.
But the basics will always help you lose weight. Cut back on junk food. Frozen Foods, Fast Foods, regular Sodas etc. Focus more on complex carbs. Like oatmeal, Dark leafy greens, 100% whole wheat grains and lean meats etc. Also get plenty of water and exercise.
It doesn't need to be too much exercise, just a half an hour of walking or jogging each day will work. You might also want to try easy weight lifting with 5 to 10 pound dumbbells. And I highly recommend staying away from diet pills.
Follow these basic guidelines and you will see results.
