I have frequent sleep paralysis but unlike most people I don't have any scary hallucinations... why?

Technically, sleep paralysis happens every night. Most of the time we are just unaware of it. It freaks some people out when they get stuck in that place between asleep and awake.

I personally just start lucid dreaming when this happens.
It's normal to be afraid of it. It's normal not to be afraid of it.
