I have had a dream last night where I drowned myself. I passed out underwater in the pool, and woke up just as I was blacking out under water. I woke up in my dream then I woke up in real life. I also had a dream before that, and it was connected to the one where I drowned. I was held at gun point, I was shot but I didnt feel it because I was some sort of robot. There has been a few more, but like my dreams come true sometimes. I never think of committing suicide or death or anything. I don't know what this means though. I do normally have very detailed, vivid, lucid sometimes, dreams and I remember them descriptively. Even if they're from a while ago, I can still remember most of them very well. I write them down too, just because they're so interesting. But since my dreams are so weird, I don't take much thought about them until it happens in real life. Do my dreams mean something?

A deficiency of B vitamins allows the tissues in the throat to soften and sag into the airway. That causes snoring, choking, "sleep apnea" (which only means "can't breathe while sleeping"), or dreams about not breathing. That is a pretty safe guess because B vitamins, calcium, and magnesium are the most common deficiencies among young Americans. Get B-100 pills. You can get magnesium and calcium together or in separate pills. Study some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow, so when the color fades it's time to take your vitamins.
