I have diarrhea and can't go to sleep because when I lay down It feels like I have to go again?

i've had this before. i'd hate to do it, but wake up your parents and tell them your issue. give them as much detail as possible, and if you find it severe, ask your parents to take you to the hospital.

Imodium (and probably other OTC meds) work great. Make sure you drink plenty of water when you have diarrhea, to avoid dehydration.
