I have date of birth certificate, voter id,pan card.Is it sufficient for passport?

In India you will need RATION CARD as address proof and if you are living at other address than mentioned on Ration card, driving license or telephone bills,YOUR 10 th standard passing certificate in which DOB is mentioned which you get after 3 months of passing) otherwise birth certificate,voter id is for identity proof.
