... pay an arbitrator $500.00 to fight the insurance company. The arbitrators met at my house and both arbitrators agreed (one representing my interest and one representing the interest of the insurance company) that I should be compensated for the damage- that was in March. It is now the end of June and I find out the insurance company has influenced their arbitrator to change his mind regarding compensating me for the damage. Is there a time limit on how long the arbitrators can hold off on settlement?

This is the time when you should be keen and know whether or not you are dealing with the right insurance company. And yes, it could happen when the insurance company influences the arbitrator only to get their own advantage and benefit. Take action and know your rights. As far as I know, you should be given the right compensation to cover for the damages incurred. Also, you have to be knowledgeable with your policy as well. Moreover, you can also seek for an expert's advice from accidents-happen.com. This is the reason I signed up for them. I also get to read some of the insurance company's customer's reviews.
Some other insurance company are dishonest and scammer , they will find away so they can't compensate you. This is one of the reason I appreciate with JS Downey Insurance Company especially when I file a claim because of the flood they deal honestly to me and help me. I think you need to fight for it, and you have the right to do it. You are the one that needs help here not the insurance Company.
