I have an old Youtube and Google+ account.I don't remmember the email or password.How do I delete it

Please help me I put some bad pictures on them and I want them erased but I don't remember which email I used,let alone my password. Does anyone know how I could remove them?

Answer

It would have been possible if you at least knew your email but if you don't even know that then it's impossible.
