I have an interview for a job I can't take - what do I do?

I've got a phone interview today for a job that, for a variety of reasons I won't be able to take. Whats the best thing for me to do?? How should I go about explaining this, what should my approach be. I'm REALLY nervous about it actually!!

I should probably add -- It's due to a financial situation mainly, I cant afford the costs of moving right now (Im in Ireland & Ill have to move to England --- Im aware its not a huge move but I just cant afford it right now) & Im waiting to sit my driving test, which has a VERY long waiting list... should I say this or something else??

*** Thank the person for allowing you to have a phone interview. Then explain your circumstances… not allowing me to relocate at the moment. (You don’t have elaborate on your situation) Thank the persona once more. Whatever you do (DO NOT burn any bridges because you might have to cross it later on in life). You don’t know who that person might know at other companies. I hope everything work out for you.

Thanks... I just got off the phone from him now & we chatted for a bit & I explained to him that I'm just not able to relocate at this time. It seemed to be all quite amiable and cordial so I'm sure he understood.... hopefully I've burned no bridges!!
