I need to know who to get in contact with to get a retention pond overflow issue resolved I believe the outflow concrete pipe line is plugged and has been for last 5 years according to my neighbor. This is my second year in my house last year it saturated about 20 ft in from back of property made it unusable for several months.
This year it took up my hole back yard and made to about 10ft from foundation of house witch is about 100ft from back fence. I have to use rubber boots to enter my back yard and have sunk my truck to its axels twice attempting to unload my fire wood in the fall season just as the rain season starts. so basically 3/4 of the year it renders my property useless .
