i have always used the same email address and password for my apple id. Recently i can not log into it on my iPad/iPod, and i need to re-activate my iPhone due to reset it to factory setting because i forgot my password. That is when i realized i could not use my account at all. i tried resetting my password but no emails are coming through for the reset link. If anyone could help me figure this out and help me re activate my iPhone it would be more than appreciated. Thanks in advance, I hope you can help me.

That is such a pain same thing happened with me. First thing, make sure email is correct, I know that sounds dumb but it happens where you put a , instead of, or something. Check your spam mail or social box in your email inbox, the apple mail may be classified as a promotion instead. If not you will need to email apple support where they can reset your password after verifying you.
