Firstly, a lot of people would kill to have a high metabolism so don't put yourself down .
Would you like to gain just weight or muscle mass too is the next question. In any case, you need to know what your caloric maintenance level is. this is the level where you won't lose weight nor will you gain it. In your case, because of a high metabolism, losing weight isn't the issue. It all depends on your length,age,weight and gender... If you want to gain weight you just need to be above the caloric maintenance level on a daily and weekly basis. Your could also look at your nutrition and change things up there.
