I have a table with 2 columns, one with increments on a dial the other with the corresponding weigh?

I am using excel, and I want to be able to reference this table from another table, in which i type in the increments and it automatically puts in the corresponding weight.  I know that this is probably a logical formula with IF and OR but i have not been able to figure out how to make the formula. Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds as though you need the VLOOKUP function. You select the value from one row in a column and it returns the data from the corresponding row in another column.
