I am a 16yo 6ft2 male, I weigh 230lbs and I was 315lbs at 14 but over the course of 2 years I have lost almost 100lbs. Is there any way to lower my systolic blood pressure without going to a doctor/taking medication?
I have a systolic blood pressure level of 143 and diastolic of 69. Do I have high blood pressure?

sometimes you have to take medicine you lost weight thats great taking the weight off can help lower your bp now with your bp being 143 over 69 the top is a bit hypertention thats why i say it could be hypertention meds do help thou have your cholesterol takin to keep up the great job
Thing is I want to join the military but I am worried that if I get diagnosed officially and start taking meds that they won't allow me to join. Which is the reason behind trying to lower it before I enlist.
