Could you please specify what 'it doesn't load' means? Then someone might be able to help you. If my guess is right (I can't tell, though), it doesn't start because the disc is damaged or dingy. Run it under plain water and dry it REALLY WELL so that there is no water to damage your console and try loading it up again. If it is dirty or scratched there will probably be a file under Game titled "Corrupted Data". If this doesn't show up it might be something a little more serious.
