I have a small pea lump on my groin. Not visible but hurts when touch. I'm a girl and a virgin.help?

Could be something minor. Like an ingrown hair . It hard to tell with out seeing it. So best ask doctor. Or if you close with your mother ask her. Or maybe the school nurse.
