... do

Well I can tell you that when you have a problem as well as a deadline to meet, you don't wait until the day before to figure out a way to solve the problem.
I could have told you some breathing exercises to do and if you had practiced them all week you'd have felt a lot better. However, I guess you believe we can wave a magic wand...NOT.
If allowed, put your main points on 3x5 cards. Speak up, speak slowly, and rest your eyes on one person in every row for a few seconds or at each table or every other person if there is a circle. Connect with your crowd.
While waiting for your turn, concentrate on your breathing. Inhale all the way down to your belly not your chest. Belly breathing gives you more oxygen and relaxes you. Inhale long and slow through your nose. Exhale long and slow through your mouth. Had you practiced you could do it silently and without anyone noticing. Do that 3 times. In a few minutes do it again. Repeat the 3 breath thing every so often long and slow. It keeps you calm.
There's more but you dont have enough time and that's all you get for waiting to ask for help the day before.
Good luck.
