Provide your workers with tight fitting uniforms, with no pockets (shouldn't cost much and should be tax deductible).. This will make your workers have to make more of a effort to steal, which will at least cause a reduction in losses. Then if your losses are still too excessive, beef up your c.c.t.v. That with the new uniforms will make it virtually impossible to get away with anything of consequence.

You could employ an actor(ask a mate) to come into the pharmacy one day when you are there. Get him to be a bit tipsy and loud. Have your guy approach one of your staff or yourself, whispering a bit too loud (after all he's been drinking) and say something like "my mate bob said that your the guy to see for cheap .....(main stolen medicine)". after he's been told no, get him to keep on asking the other staff. When you've finally "chucked him out, you could then ask your staff to submit to voluntary searches "too reassure the local community that we are not selling illegal medicine's". You may be able to tell the guilty party by their reaction, or, if they are only working there because it's easy to steal you might get lucky and they quit!
