This is likely a vitamin or mineral deficiency at work... it could also be that the skin is too dry or that the fat content of your skin is too low and thus that the skin has lost it's elasticity...
First try putting some coconut oil over one of the areas that has been effected and see if that helps (or otherwise causes other changes to appear in the healthy skin surrounding that area). If this does cause some type of change then first make sure you are not having an allergic response to the coconut oil (some people do) and if that is not the case but you do notice a change then I suggest you look into trying more natural oils, lotions, paraffin cream, or vitamin oils to see if any of them seem to help.
If that doesn't work I would consider going to your doctor or to a local hospital and ask them to do some mineral/vitamin analysis (and also know that if your tests show you are low in something vitamin or mineral that it actually means you are dangerously low as the body will remove those vitamins and minerals from your skin, muscles, and bones before your body will allow for it's mineral/vitamin levels in the blood to decrease).
Hope this helps...
Every woman gets stretch marks. They are normal and you have no reason to hate them. If you really hate how they look on your body they have many stretch mark creams. You could also ask your doctor what vitamins help stretch marks and you could put coconut oil over, lemon, and/or honey on them to help them disapear.
