I have a hearing for not showing up in court, can the judge put me to jail. I did not get a notice?

If you HONESTLY did not get notified AT ALL, then probably not, but if the cop tells you when to respond to your summons, then most likely you will get in trouble. the cop always tells you"you have ten days to respond to your summons for the ticket/offense. " also, the judge will probably not believe u that u didnt get a notice. But if u COMPLETELY got ABSOLUTELY no warning, as in they never let u kno that anything is wrong in the first place, then if the judge believes u, then ur probly fine
