... also my landlord wants me to stay until after the summer and he and his wife are having a baby in September. I m not happy at work and not making enough to cover my bills. A raise is not feasible since work is not super busy and I want to move out of state where I can find better opportunities but I feel guilty leaving. I m leaving either way but should I put my plans on hold for them and be miserable?

Don't put other people's lives in front of your life and goals
If your not happy at work change that find another job
If you feel it would be akward living there after you quit move
You staying or leaving will not effect there quality of life so don't let it effect you
If you feel that there are better opportunities elsewhere then chase them
Remeber that everyone forgets the guy who gives up and let's life control him
