Talk to him and smile a lot. Show interest through psychological body language. So, be flirty and act how you normally would. Although, you can't force him to like you, so if he doesn't show interest, you may as well give up on him.

Get to know him. Talk to him. Flirty behavior. If he is into you, he won't want to make the first move. If he is interested in you, then everytime you pull him aside he is going to hope that you are about to say that you like him. So be confident.
