... and have no complaints about paying child support however I want to see my son. With that being said I want to know a few things such as..... Will the judge look at my income and also take into consideration the rest of my bills and the fact that I have another child? Will my visitation plan be amended by the judge today if I begin paying? Is there a good chance that the judge won't even glance at my visitation rights? I am going in without an attorney or a public defender so will there be a public defender appointed to me at the court house? And finally whether the father requests it or not if there is mention of my past use of drugs will they order a UA at the courthouse today? Will I even get a chance to explain how I feel or my facts to the judge? Thanks in advance all advice is appreciated
