I was doing a back walkover at cheer practice yesterday and I fell each time because my wrists were weak. I don't know why. But after practice I saw a bruise on one of my wrists! Right now both of them are weak and I have to do a back walkover tomorrow or else I will have to sit out the rountine! I really love cheer please help! My coach said i HAVE to do one tomorrow. Please help!

it sounds like you need some weight bearing exersise because you need to strenghthen your wrists thats the biggest thing it might be to much on your wrists at one time alot of people run into this kinda thing its just getting one of those wrist streghthening excersise that help get them better maintained you attach them to the door and doing streghthening excersise with them just when you feel weak
