it depends...does he always smile wen he talks to you,does he talk to you more than his girlfriend, do u to flirt with each other? if yes, ther might be somthing there.

well yeah. you just need to get closer to him. and when your friend starts to part with him more, you could tell him how you feel. there is a very likely cchance he likes you, but not love you. if you date him at all, you needto build your relationship and at some point he will admit his feelings to you.

..i have been on that situation well don't push yourself to a question "do i liked him?"remember that his your bestfriend's boyfriend your going to a huge problem if you fell in love with him...if you feel that your into him do some activity on your own keep distance on that guy but be careful!
