I have a 5 gallon fish tank in which all the guppies keep dying, what do I do?

I have 6 guppies, all male, 2 African frogs, and three ghost shrimp, but the guppies and a frog died, I recently bought more guppies and three died already, the water is tested and good, I'm not sure what is wrong

well you see you can't put that many creatures in one 5 gallon fish tank. they are dying because with too many fish in there they get stressed out and die.
