I have a 48 hour gold membership for xbox live thats more than 48 hours .why is that?

if you also have payed for other xbox live memberships before that, and you have entered you credit card details, it may keep charging you for the cost per time you payed for. to remove your card details go to http://www.xbox.com/accounts
